For decades, the Regional Black Contractors Association has worked to ensure minority- and disadvantaged-owned businesses have meaningful access to contracts, relationships, resources, and opportunities across North Texas.
Our members are securing and performing on multimillion-dollar projects throughout the region. Behind many of those opportunities is the continued work of RBCA—advocating for inclusion, connecting contractors with decision-makers, developing the workforce, creating strategic partnerships, and making sure our businesses have a seat at the table.
Now, we are asking our members, partners, corporations, and community supporters to invest in the organization that continues to invest in them.
Your contribution helps RBCA strengthen the infrastructure necessary to continue this work, including staffing, programming, contractor advocacy, workforce development, community initiatives, signature events, and expanded access to contracting opportunities.
Our Current Fundraising Priorities
We are seeking support toward:
- $35,000 — RBCA Annual Golf Classic
Supporting one of our premier fundraising and networking events while advancing workforce development, advocacy, and scholarships. - $25,000 — Chairman’s Luncheon
Supporting an annual gathering of business, civic, construction, and community leaders committed to economic opportunity and continued progress. - Annual Membership Investment
As your company grows, we encourage you to consider increasing your annual commitment to RBCA and the work that helps strengthen our contractor community. - RBCA Community Development Corporation
Contributions support workforce development, training, reentry initiatives, and programs designed to prepare individuals—including formerly incarcerated participants—for sustainable careers and employment opportunities.
Why Your Support Matters
RBCA advocates for contractors across billions of dollars in public and private construction opportunities throughout North Texas. Every contribution gives us greater capacity to advocate, connect businesses to opportunities, develop workers, assist contractors, and strengthen the communities we serve.
We also encourage our contractor partners to support this mission by hiring qualified graduates and participants from our workforce and reentry programs, creating a direct pathway from training to employment.
