Harry Clincy

Harry Clincy is President of ACU Construction, a Federal Government General Construction firm based in Carrollton, Texas. Clincy is a graduate of Florida A&M University (BS Mathematics), and the University of Dallas (MBA). Clincy is also an Alumnus of the Executive Entrepreneur (Interise) and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Programs.

In 2009, Clincy formed ACU Construction and began successfully performing highway construction projects across Texas with Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT).

In 2018, Clincy realigned ACU Construction to focus solely on federal government contracting and was awarded its first federal government contract with the US Treasury Department the following year. Since then, Clincy has successfully completed General and Civil construction federal government projects as Prime Contractor for the General Administration, Treasury Department and Army Corp of Engineers agencies in Texas, Services Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

As a member of the DFW business community Clincy is an active supporter of Kappa Alpha Psi Guide Right Service Program, Regional Black Contractors, and Asian American Contractors & Professional Association.

Clincy is happiest when spending time with his wife of 22 years Regina and two sons Lothario (Data Engineer) and Kai (college Junior).
