Ratcliff Constructors, LP will be accepting Subcontractors Proposals on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 prior to 2:00 PM.  Please submit a complete bid breakdown including any alternate and unit pricing as specified on the proposal form.

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 70,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot. The Project consists of the new construction of a School building of approx. 70,000 sqft. The construction consists of a steel structure, metal stud interior and exterior walls, cement fiber siding, windows and TPO roofing. It includes interior gyp bd partitions, vct and carpet flooring and complete MEP systems. The project also includes a kitchen, parking, drives, associated site work, landscaping and a storm shelter 


Submit at HKS Dallas office, 350 N. Saint Paul Street, Suite 100, Dallas TX 75201, Attention: Brian Nelson. Proposals received after the time indicated will not be accepted. Proposals will be read aloud by the Architect immediately after the bid due date and time


Receipt of this addendum shall be noted on the Proposal Form and any associated costs shall be included in the bid.  Upon it’s issue, the addendum shall become part of the contract documents.
