Please post this invitation to bid for this project at UTSW Medical Center/Dallas. The following trades are required to submit proposals if they wish to bid this project. MILLWORK, DOORS/FRAMES/HARDWARE, GLASS & GLAZING, METAL FRAMING/DRYWALL/CEILINGS, PAINTING, FLOORING, SPECIALTIES, SIGNAGE, FIRE SPRINKLERS, PLUMBING, HVAC, ELECTRICAL, and FIRE ALARMS.
Plans and specifications may be obtained by accessing The University of Texas Southwest Medical Center website at http://esbd.cpa.state.tx.us/. Open the drill down screen that lists “(All Agencies)”. Scroll down to “UT Southwest Medical Center/Dallas-729”. Hit the “GO>” button. Open the “BL13 – Center for Depression – Research and Clinical Care Renovation” File. Finally open the “Package 1” file noted in blue. Here you will find the Bid Documents & Plans and Specifications. Be sure to open any other “Package” files shown to check for addenda on the project. You must check this site daily for addenda that might be issued. We will not forward addenda to your attention.

YOUR BID MUST BE HELD VALID FOR 90 DAYS PER UTSWMC REQUIREMENTS. SUBMISSION OF A BID SHALL BE DEEMED ACCEPTANCE OF THIS REQUIREMENT REGARDLESS OF ANY OTHER CANCELLATION DATE THAT MAY BE INCLUDED WITHIN YOUR BID OR PROPOSAL.
PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR HUB CERTIFICATE IF YOU ARE A HUB VENDOR.
