Description:
Vaughn Construction is requesting proposals for UTD Brain Performance Institute.
This project is to build-out the remaining shell space in Brain Performance Institute (BPI) at University of Texas at Dallas into a physician office and MRI suite. The proposal for the office suite (identified as package A in the construction drawings, approximately 2,300 square feet) as the base bid and the MRI suite (identified as package B in the construction drawings, also approximately 2,300 square feet) as an additional alternate, including increases in payment and performance bonds.
Note that although this shell space can be isolated from the rest of the building, BPI will be an occupied building and safe construction practices for both workers and building occupants must be implemented. Also, utility shutdowns, particularly electrical shutdowns, may need to occur after hours or on the weekends.
Proposals are due on September 28th, 2017 at 1:00 PM
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 12th at 1:30 PM at 2126 Mockingbird Lane in Dallas.

Contractors will have to accommodate their own parking
